TESTIMONIALS

Class, Teacher

Class was great! And just the right length of time for my physiology at this point. I WANTED to stay longer,

I also love the way you teach and bring in the Knowledge, expansion/contraction, Self/world, etc. It's so much more meaningful and adds to my feeling of being an angel on earth when dancing in your class!  L. W. Fairfield IA. Artist, Mother

The Dance, Dancers

It is beautiful. I have seen you and your dancers perform many times… quite a delicate, flowing dance, you must love it because of that. D.R. Store Owner

The Teacher

As a long time Duncan dancer, I want to say that the Temple Studio

is a haven for the serious study of Isadora's work.Rebecca and her dancers embody the true spirit of Isadora's life. Isadora was a serious artist who lived her principles.Temple Studio is a place where that experience comes alive for the students. They develop as whole individuals while enjoying the aesthetic of nature, free expression and classical form....Wonderful wonderful pics of this amazing dancer (Rebeccas daughter Briani)....from the delicate and elf-like to the most majestic strong and grand. These capture the diversity of her expressions and the depth of her spirit......From running with the red scarf behind her to standing in the woods in serenity.....magnificent.The most obvious thing is her openness and direct communication without artifice.Briani captures the essence of the word "natural" and I know she is not even trying. Her innocence is the truest beauty there is.Isadora would be so proud. I am honored to know this young miracle and to love and respect her mother.-- Gretchen, Juilliard graduate, and former New York City dance company director

R.H, Utopia Park Fairfield Iowa Mother

The Dancer, Teacher

🙂You're still dancing; that's lovely! I so could use some Isadora Duncan dance in my life. I took a modern class in college, but it just wasn't the same.. . xox

I looove seeing your dance videos, photos!  Makes me want to whip out my old tunic and leotard, and frolick through the meadow. I feel so blessed to have been a part of your Duncan family! It is such a beautiful, inspiring gift you bring to the world. The nurturing grace and free-flow nature of the Duncan style, where anything and everything goes, and one has the freedom to explore and create without judgment, in the raw.. totally, exactly what I needed to break out of my shell, and blossom into more of myself. You were such a powerhouse mama! taking in all her little chicks, allowing them to be, to dance her dance, and instilling the truth that each movement is perfect and gorgeous as it is. Pretty radical stuff, if I do say so myself! 😉 Thank you so so much! J.E. Fairfield IA Student, original Company member
